Accident Damage
In order to ensure the continued validity of your vehicle’s Warranty and Motor Plan, accident repairs undertaken during the
Warranty and Motor Plan period must be undertaken by a Chevrolet South Africa (PTY) Ltd recommended Body Repairer.
In the event of an accident, contact must be made with the Driver Support Plan Centre on (Toll-free number) 0800 422 777 or +27(11) 541 1310.
Should towing be necessary, arrangements will be made and the vehicle will be taken to a Chevrolet South Africa recommended Body Repairer.
Failure to adhere to this procedure could result in the termination of your new vehicle Warranty and Motor Plan.
Only genuine GM or GM approved parts may be fitted.

These Body Repairers undertake to do Major/Small/Minor damage repairs to all GM South Africa vehicles under the new vehicle Warranty and Maintenance Plan parameters.
These Body Repairers undertake to do ONLY Small / Minor repair work to all GM South Africa vehicles under the new vehicle Warranty and Maintenance Plan parameters.
I.e. Scratches, Small Dents, Corrosion/Rust, and Paint repairs etc.
