With a range of active and passive safety systems, Captiva offers all-round protection. In the event of a frontal impact, the Captiva's pedals automatically disengage, reducing the risk of leg injuries. Chevrolet's Electronic Stability Program system is included to ensure Captiva always goes where you want it to, as are a number of additional systems - including HBA (Hydraulic Brake Assist), HDC (Hill Descent Control) and ARP (Active Rollover Protection).
